Cancellation Policy

At the ANZ Wellness Centre, we value your commitment to your health and wellbeing and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients.

To ensure efficient scheduling and optimise appointment availability for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client in need of our services.

  • Late Cancellation or No-Show: In the event of a late cancellation less than 24 hours or a no-show appointment, a cancellation fee, equal to the total cost of your service, may be applied. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the unused appointment time and helps us maintain the quality of our services.

  • Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee may vary depending on the type of service and the duration of the appointment.

  • Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as emergencies or sudden illness, preventing you from attending your appointment. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will make every effort to find a convenient alternative time for you. However, please note that rescheduling is subject to availability, and we appreciate your flexibility in accommodating any necessary changes (similar to cancelling, this must be 24 hours prior to a booked appointment.  If it is less, you may be charged for the full fee of the appointment).

  • Repeated Cancellations: Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in limitations on future appointment bookings. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who repeatedly fail to adhere to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

  • Communication: We encourage open and timely communication regarding appointment changes or cancellations. Please notify your preferred location as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments to your scheduled appointments.

By booking an appointment at the Wellness Centre, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our cancellation policy outlined above. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain the highest standards of service for all our clients.
